What services do you offer?
We provide florals for all occasions, including gifts, weddings, events, corporate, photoshoots, funerals, memorials, baby showers & more.
What days do you offer flower delivery?
6 days a week - Monday to Saturday.
Please send us an email if you require Sunday delivery as we may be able to accommodate this.
How far ahead do I have to place my order?
We source our fresh flowers early each morning. The online cut-off time for delivery is 10:30pm the night before.
For same-day orders, please call Ashleigh on 0431 548 257, or use our Contact form to send us an email. Please note that we may have a limited selected of flowers in this instance.
Where do you deliver?
Our studio is based in Montrose, in the foothills of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. We deliver fresh flowers and gifts to most suburbs throughout Melbourne and the Yarra Valley. Gift-packs and other items can be sent Australia-wide, by parcel post. Please let us know if your order is a gift, and we will gift-wrap and include a card message.
How much is delivery?
Courier fees vary by suburb and are calculated at checkout.

Can I collect my order from the studio?
We do not currently offer Pick Up from our Montrose studio, however we have a small range of ready-to-go flower jars available at Market Fair Ferntree Gully (open 10am-5pm, 7 days). Bespoke orders placed with several days notice can also be collected from Market Fair, please call Ashleigh on 0431548257 to book.
Do I have to order online?
Our online store is open 24/7, however you can text/call us on 0431 548 257 during business hours (7 days a week) or email hello@floralalchemy.com.au
