Due to seasonal availability, there may be some variance in the flower types and colours you receive. The pictured arrangements will be used as inspiration to create something fresh & unique, using high-quality blooms. We will try our best to capture the spirit of the arrangement, whether it be bold, whimsical, modern or romantic.

It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s FULL name and FULL delivery address are correct. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, Floral Alchemy accepts no responsibility for the mistake.

Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please email us at floral.alchemy@outlook.com, or use our Contact form, if you believe there has been an error, or to update details of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your flowers have been delivered, or when your parcel as been lodged with Australia Post.



If no-one is at the address to take the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place and take a photograph. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers out of direct sun, or we are unable to get in to the property due to fencing, aggressive dogs etc, or incorrect/insufficient information provided we will try to call - first recipient, then sender. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the studio. Once we get in contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee is required to be paid.


Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy times, but if you have any requests (such as "they leave work at 4pm" for example) please leave a comment in "delivery notes" at checkout.


Floral Alchemy accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge or security person.


We will contact recipient to ensure they are home prior to delivery. If contact can not be made we will contact sender and wait for instructions.


Where possible we will deliver to room - if this is not allowed by the hospital, flowers will be left at reception. 


Customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Floral Alchemy accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling/grammar. Emojis may not be included in card messages as they are hand-written.


By law, alcohol cannot  be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years or  left unattended. Should no-one over the age of 18 be home at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the studio. If re-delivery is needed a re=delivery fee will be charged.


Floral Alchemy generally does not offer refunds for fresh flower products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or lifespan of the flowers, please contact us at floral.alchemy@outlook.com. We may ask for photos as proof, this is so we can contact our suppliers and let them know of quality issues. You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days. Flowers can last longer under the proper care. We urge you to contact us if you require any assistance.
